Popscene

Welcome to Popscene, a fanlisting for British rock band Blur, known for their hits Song 2 and Coffee and TV, to mention a few. This fanlisting is approved at The Fanlistings Network under the Musicians: Bands/Groups category.

Blur formed in London in 1989 as Seymour, and the group consists of singer Damon Albarn, guitarist Graham Coxon, bassist Alex James and drummer Dave Rowntree. Blur’s debut album Leisure was released in 1991. The band helped popularise the Britpop genre and were incredibly popular in the UK, involved in the 'Blur vs Oasis’ Battle of Britpop. Albarn’ spectacular songwriting skills and Coxon's guitar skills allowed the band to stand out, even bringing the two worldwide acclaim.

Blur has sold over 20 million albums worldwide. Parklife was voted Best Album by Q magazine in 1994. Blur won a Brit award and NME award for Best Band in 1995.

If you’re a fan of Blur, feel free to join! Everyone is welcome to join.

Updates

Moved the contact form to its own page, and moved the fanlisting to my new collective. :)

Added a contact form to the website page. I also made a few minor edits to the CSS. Would like to add something to the fanlisting but not sure — icons, proper discography, trivia, more codes?

What is a fanlisting?

A fanlisting is a place for all fans of a particular character, show, movie, actor, singer, etc. to come together and build the biggest listing of people from all around the world who are fans of that subject. A fanlisting is created by an individual and open for fans from all around the world to join. There are no costs, and the only requirements to join a fanlisting are your name and country. Fanlistings do not have to be large sites (although some are); they are just a place where you can sign up with other fans. —The Fanlistings Network
